Some our recent projects include the following:

Residence - Topsail Beach

This attractive home was designed by David Ward to take advantage of its views of Topsail Sound off the west side of the house.  The deck wrapped around the front corner of the house providing outdoor living space to the south and west.  The home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and a full size garage and workshop on the ground level.  This home's design would easily allow full-time residency.

Residence - Surf City

This house presented special design problems due to the setback requirements of CAMA and the Town of Surf City. The depth of the house could not exceed fifteen feet and the lot on which this house sits was previously unbuildable.  David Ward was able to create a design with a 6 foot cantilever which allowed for a two-story design with just over 1500 square feet.  Four bedrooms and 3 baths for this lot is quite an accomplishment.  This is another example of the attention and professionalism we offer our clients.

Residence - Topsail Beach

This house, located directly on Topsail Sound, was designed with a large family in mind.  The reverse floor plan featured an open top floor to enjoy the views of the ocean and sound. All four bedrooms have direct access to the porches on the sound side of the house.

Residence - North Topsail Beach

The owners of this lot came to us with a common problem: a CAMA setback which only allowed a 22 foot deep home. David designed a plan which utilized a 6 foot cantilever that allowed us to construct a 2200 square foot home with four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  All bedrooms have sliding door access to a large deck overlooking the ocean.  This project was completed in December 2008.
